Man charged over firearms incident after he fired warning shot in a Melbourne suburb

A woman who was shot during a fata라이브카지노l gun battle in the Melbourne suburb of Bourke St West has been charged over the alleged incident.
Police allege 21-year-old Karyn Miller opened fire, hitting a man outside the home of her boyfriend near Greenacre Road.
Three other people were also injured during the shoot-out between the pair.
Police arrived on scene just before 7:00am on Saturday morning.

Miller was charged with the discharge of a firearm, while one officer was charged with unlawful wounding.

“I believe someone was trying to set off fireworks,” they said.
Ms Wilson, the victim’s mother, told reporters it was her understanding that someone in Miller’s vicinity had been “warning” her about Miller’s behaviour earlier in the day.
“I’m not sure anyone actually believes she would do this for some sort of mental or political reasons,” she said.
A number of people, including children, could see through the windows of the residence to the north-west, but the front door was barred.
Ms Wilson said she has a son with Asperger’s syndrome who “loves to dance” but cannot read or write.
“He’s one of those very sweet kids with Asperger’s and is very bright, very creative, very playful,” she said.
“But he can’t control his behaviour. He can’t manage the amount of noise.”
She has asked for friends and families to “keep him in their prayers” in their struggle to put an end to the violence.
“I don’t know what the outcome will be in terms of this situation,” she said.
