Terms Workshops & Events
1. Registration
1.1 Registration can be done via online via PayPal account or bank transfer.
1.2 With your registration a contract is entered between the registering person and The Live Legacy Project respectively Angela Guerreiro. Legal domicile is Hamburg/Germany.
1.3 Your online registration is legally binding. With this registration you commit yourself to payment of the fee either ONLINE or Bank Transfer prior to commencement of the symposium and workshop. If the payment does not reach the account within 14 days after purchasing the registration, the registration will automatically be cancelled. In case of registering for another person, the sender is responsible for the payment of the total amount.
1.4 With your registration you declare that you are able to participate in the event. You agree to participate in The Live Legacy Project Symposium at your own risk and take full responsibility for your actions. You acknowledge this personal assumption of risk and agree to hold free The Live Legacy from any claims, demands, or actions including but not limited to claims for personal injury arising from participation in any workshop or event

2. Registration fees
2.1 You can purchased Workshops, Events, Daily/Weekly Passes, Lunch and Evening Performances with our ONLINE SHOP, BANK TRANSFER or at our INFORMATION DESK on-site at Tanzhaus nrv.
2.2 The registration fee covers the workshop added to your cart as well as one lunch per day and entrance to the remaining events of the symposium from the 7th to 12th of July 2014. Please note: in case of limited places or space at certain events there is no claim for access.
2.3 PRICES AND CONDITIONS:
A) WORKSHOPS
– MORNING WORKSHOP – WITH LUNCH: until the 1st of June, reduced fee of 240,-€, inclusive all events. From the 2nd of June, fee is 280,-€, inclusive all events.
– MORNING WORKSHOP- NO LUNCH: until the 1st of June, fee of 200,-€, inclusive all events. From 2nd of June, fee is 240,-€, inclusive all events.
– AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS – WITH LUNCH: until the 1st of June, reduced fee of 190€, inclusive all events. From 2nd of June on, fee is 230,-€, inclusive all events.
– AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS – NO LUNCH: until the 1st of June, fee of 150€, inclusive all events. From 2nd of June on, fee is 190,-€, inclusive all events.
-ALL DAY WORKSHOP – WITH LUNCH: until the 1st of June, reduced fee of 390€, inclusive all events. From 2nd of June on, fee is 430€, inclusive all events.
-ALL DAY WORKSHOP – NO LUNCH: until the 1st of June, reduced fee of 350€, inclusive all events. From 2nd of June on, fee is 390€, inclusive all events.
* Please note that the fee cannot be reduced by abandoning single events or services. Rate reduction without authorization is not possible.
B) THE UNDERSCORE with Nancy Stark Smith & MIke Vargas (music)
-Before June 1st: 10€

C) SYMPOSIUM PASS
Includes conversations, lectures, round table discussions and corresponding events.
Daily or weekly pass can be purchased directly at our ONLINE SHOP and at our INFORMATION DESK on-site at tanzhaus nrw. All events will be live-streamed at the Small Stage.

D) LUNCH:
Lunch: 8€ (only from July 7th to 11th).
Please notice: Lunch reservations only possible until June 15th.
E) EVENING PERFORMANCES
Tickets are to be purchased directly via online ticket shop of tanzhaus nrw. Please click HERE for redirection.
PRICES: Single ticket: 16€
3. Cancellation
3.1 Registration is valid unless there is a cancellation. A cancellation must be done via Email to maike@zweieulen.de. Cancelling your participation requires written form.
3.2 In case of your cancellation, the registration fee will be fully recompensed up until 6 weeks before the beginning of the symposium. In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to the event:
Less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the symposium: 50% refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before the beginning of the symposium: 20% refunded.
3.3 If a workshop of The Live Legacy Project has to be cancelled for any unforeseen reasons on the part of the organizer or the featured guest(s), you will be fully refunded or given the option to take advantage of a replacement if places are available.
4. Loss of registration documents
4.1 In case of losing your registration papers you can request a replacement document if you can prove the purchase of the registration.
5. Changes of program
5.1 The valid program of The Live Legacy Project is available via http://the-live-legacy-project.com/. In the event of changes to the schedule, we will post updates as soon as possible. However these changes do not affect any right of return.
6. Participation
6.1 If a registered participant does not arrive for his/her workshop during the first day of the symposium without notification and approval by the workshop teacher the participant will lose the claim to take part in the workshop.
7. Personal & material damages
7.1. Any claims for damages and compensation of expenses as well as violations of contractual obligations are excluded provided that The Live Legacy Project c/o Angela Guerreiro did not act through willful intent or gross negligence. The organizer does not assume liability for any personal goods or carry-on items lost or damaged. Guests and participants assume their total responsibility in case of any accident or material damages during The Live Legacy Project Symposium.
8. Privacy Policy
Participants are not allowed to disclose any Symposium information, or any other information, to any outside party without a specific authorization by The Live Legacy Project directors and guests.
9. Audio and video recordings
9.1 Recording of any kind (photo, video, audio) during events of The Live Legacy Project is not allowed. Special cases e.g. T.V., Radio, Magazines and Newspapers, please be sure to ask in advance for a written contract agreement from project management and obtain an approval.
9.2 Documentation (photos, video, audio) during the whole Symposium, recorded by an entitled person during public events of The Live Legacy Project, participants and visitors declare their consent of potentially being recorded. In case of appearance in a project documentation participants and visitors cannot claim for any compensation.
10. Inception of policy
10.1 These terms and conditions come into effect on 30th of March 2014.
