Early and forever dancer, kinaesthetic learner, dedicated gardener, interested in freedom of all kinds. Lover of Contact Improvisation, personal inquiry and the concept of mercy.

Blessed to have discovered the Alexander Technique as a tool to not only deepen her understanding of physical and mental correlations, but to free herself of harmful patterns and eventually escape the prison of habit, she wanted to learn it and from the very beginning also wanted to share it; she graduated as ATVD- approved teacher of the Alexander Technique in 1996 and is teaching in private practice since. She is passionately researching the application of the Alexander Principles to artistic movement, learning per se, growth, change and the human potential.

In the one-to-one sessions she emphasizes gingerliness and humour, clarity and trust.
