After receiving her diploma of Performing Arts (Szenische Künste) at the University of Hildesheim Maike Tödter co-founded the cultural bureau Zwei Eulen in Hamburg/Germany, together with Kaja Jakstat. Since 2010 she is working as a production manager and dramaturg with companies such as Fräulein Wunder AG, pulk fiktion, Paradeiser Productions, Meyer&Kowski and InterroBang.
