WINDON, Ind. (WISH) — A man is facing charges after police say he stole a bag off a Ashfield home and then threw it on the roadsi더킹카지노de.
The incident happened in Windon early Sunday morning.
The man, identified by Windon police as 35-year-old Robert J. Tinsley, has a criminal history. Police say he is charged with Attempted Ashfield Bag Stealing.
