Woman charged over police death threats

An Ohio woman was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief after police said her threats to murder and kill a Cleveland police officer were not merely racist and motivated by hate, but also served to motivate her to take action.

The woman was charged after she allegedly called police in a threatening phone call Monday to suggest killing her co-worker at a McDonald’s restaurant, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer and the Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association.

Officers were called at 9:35 p.m. Monday to a home on N. E. 33rd Street, police said. Two police cruisers responding to the home spotted the woman’s white Ford Mustang driven by 32-year-old카지노 사이트 Katelyn Batson.

During the traffic stop, Fusco was arrested, identified as a police officer and then charged with two counts of menacing by a public servant and one count of two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, according to court documents.

Batson was transported to a hospital in serious condition, and police said Fusco is currently there for treatment.
